1) Eligibility & Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Provide accurate, current and complete information; promptly update it when it changes.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

2) Orders, Pricing & Availability

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product(s).
• We strive for price accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders where a pricing or product information error is discovered.
• Prices are in INR and may be inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
• We may limit quantities per order/person/household to prevent abuse or reselling.

3) Payments

• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., UPI, cards, net-banking), processed via our payment partners.
• By submitting a payment, you represent you are authorized to use the selected method and that the payment information is accurate.
• Orders may be cancelled if payment is not authorized/received or if fraud is suspected.

4) Shipping, Delivery & Risk

• Dispatch and delivery timelines shown are estimates. Delays can occur due to logistics, weather, holidays, or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Please inspect packages on delivery and report issues promptly.
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or returns; re-shipping may incur additional charges.

5) Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• For consumable food-grade products (like edible oils), returns are generally not accepted once opened, for safety and hygiene reasons.
• If you receive a wrong/damaged/leaking item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos/videos; we will evaluate for replacement or refund as appropriate.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to payment partner timelines.

6) Product Information & Use

• We press oils in small batches. Natural variations in aroma, color and taste may occur due to seasonality and seed lots—this is normal.
• Always check labels for ingredients, allergens and storage instructions. Store away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
• Our content is for general information and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult your physician for specific dietary/health concerns.

7) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

• Promotions and coupon codes are time-bound, subject to terms stated in the offer, and may not be combined with other discounts unless specified.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions in cases of misuse, error, or unavailability.

8) User Content & Reviews

• By submitting reviews, comments, images or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for marketing and operational purposes.
• You represent you own/hold rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.
• We may moderate, edit or remove User Content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or violates these Terms.

• The Website, its content, trademarks, logos, product images and designs are owned by or licensed to Tejus Organo and protected by IP laws.

12) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, or accuracy of information.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tejus Organo, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or purchase of products. Our total liability for claims will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

14) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Tejus Organo and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or infringement of any rights.

15) Force Majeure

We will not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, supply or transportation disruptions, or utility failures.

16) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or cancel orders (with a refund if payment was captured) if you violate these Terms or if we detect fraudulent or abusive behavior.

17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use/purchase of our products shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The proceedings shall be in English. Each party shall bear its own costs; the arbitrator may award costs as deemed appropriate.

18) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
