Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tejus Organo, we value your trust and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1) Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team via phone or email.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, please refer to our refund/replacement rules below.
2) Refund Policy
- Products once opened or used are not eligible for refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged or defective product received (evidence required within 48 hours of delivery).
- Non-delivery of order.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
3) Replacement Policy
- If you receive a wrong or defective product, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
- Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with photo/video proof.
4) Non-Refundable / Non-Replaceable Items
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products returned without original packaging, invoice or labels.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
